FAQ
HOw do i book and what are the payment terms?
Bookings are secured with a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on or before your session date. Get in touch via the contact form and I'll get everything locked in for you.
do you travel and are there fees?
Yes! Travel is avaliable for sessions and events outside the local area. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and will be discussed and agreed upon before booking, no surprises
how long until i recieve my images?
Your fully edited images will be delivered to your private online gallery within 10 days of your session or event. In most cases you'll receive a sneak peak within 24 hours. Turnaround time can be fast-tracked to 7 days for $100 and for urgent delivery $300 for 24 hours . A link will be sent to your email as soon as they're ready via Pixiset.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
For outdoor sessions, if the weather isn't cooperating we'll work together to reschedule at a time that suits both parties. Your deposit is fully transferable to your new date, so there's nothing to worry about
